The Estherville Public Library provides faxing service during our regular operating hours. Fees for sending faxes are $1.00 for the first letter size page and $.25 for each additional pages. Cover sheets are available at the circulation desk and are considered as page 1. To send a fax, please ask a staff member at the circulation desk. The staff member will need the pages you are sending and the phone number of the receiving fax machine. No charges apply to or from 1-800 numbers.
Items to be faxed that are on wrinkled or torn paper (which will not feed through the machine) will have to be reproduced on the copy machine for a cost of $.10 for letter size and $.15 for legal size.
Fees to recieve a fax cost $.20 a page. To receive a fax, please call the library to let us know a fax will be coming in for you and when you plan to pick it up. Please ask the party sending the fax to include your contact information (full name and phone number) on their cover sheet. Our fax number is 712-362-3509.
Prices for copying and printing are as follows, regardless if you bring your own paper.
Color copies/prints are $0.20 per page.
Black and white copies/prints are $0.10 per page. Two sided black and white copies/prints are $0.15 per page.
Email your completed document to firstname.lastname@example.org. Call ahead to ensure that your print job is ready (staff don't print until they are certain the items will be picked up). Pick up your printed items during our curbside hours, or come inside to collect them. Regular prices apply, bring exact change or pay online.
Scanning is provided free of charge, but please remember to bring an email address or USB flash drive to save your scan to. Scanning can be done in black and white or color.
