Flag Project History

See below for further information about the EPL's Flag Project

Flag PhotoThe Flag Project began in 2000 when a large wooden flag was constructed to hang on the balcony for the Fourth of July holiday.  Inserted in the flag were lighted bulbs, each representing a donation given in memory or honor of a specific person.  The lists of honorees are posted in the library surrounding the Fourth of July each year.  If you have a loved one you would like to honor, please fill out the form which should accompany your donation.
